SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

At GelGuns.eu, we do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

  • Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day.

  • In most cases, this means you will receive your order the next business day.

Please note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM or during the weekend will be processed and shipped the following business day. Delivery times are indicative; in exceptional cases, delays may occur due to high volume, weather conditions, or other unforeseen situations.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Free shipping on orders from €30,-

  • Below €30,- we charge €5.95 in shipping costs

SURCHARGE FOR REMOTE AREAS

For some postal codes, an additional delivery surcharge may apply. This is automatically calculated and displayed during checkout as soon as you enter your address, so you always see the total costs upfront.

SHIPPING PARTNER

All our packages are shipped via GLS. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code to follow your package until delivery.
