RETURN POLICY — GelGuns.eu

At GelGuns.eu, we strive for satisfied customers and products of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make use of our return policy as described below. This policy complies with applicable European consumer rights legislation.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to report a return within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the product.

2. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCOMPLETE PRODUCTS

Did you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incomplete? Please contact us immediately via e-mail or live chat. We will support you in the further handling. In these cases, the return costs will be fully reimbursed by us.

3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be complete and undamaged.

  • The item must be returned in the original product packaging.

  • Do not place tape, labels, or stickers on the original packaging — please use an extra shipping box or shipping bag.

If the return does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse it and send the product back to the customer.

4. SHIPPING COSTS & RESPONSIBILITY

  • The customer is responsible for the correct return of the items.

  • GelGuns.eu is not liable for loss or damage during return transport.

  • We advise shipping with Track & Trace and preferably insured.

  • Return costs are at the expense of the customer, unless the product was delivered defective, damaged, or incomplete.

5. REFUND

Upon receipt, the return is checked for completeness and condition. If all conditions are met:

  • Refund within 14 days of receipt.

  • Via the same payment method as the original payment.

Please note: Original shipping costs and any transaction fees may be deducted. Gift cards and opened or damaged packaging are not eligible for return.

6. EXCEPTIONS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards.

  • Products with opened, torn, or damaged packaging.

  • Items that have been used or are no longer in their original state.
